1. About these terms

These terms govern purchases made through tenderstandard.co.uk for the UK FM Tender Toolkit and TenderStandard Pro dashboard access. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Trader details

TenderStandard UK is operated by Martin Orr as a sole trader. Email: hello@tenderstandard.co.uk. Geographic service address: 59 Neilston Road, Paisley, Scotland. Country of operation: United Kingdom. TenderStandard UK is not a limited company unless company details are published later.

3. Product, price and payment

The UK FM Tender Toolkit is a digital product containing editable templates, trackers, worked examples, prompt files, PDF guides and related dashboard access. The advertised price is £129 total, with no delivery charge and no subscription. Tax, if any, is shown before payment.

Payment is taken through Whop and its payment processors, including Stripe. We do not store full card details. A contract is formed only when payment is successful and the purchase can be verified.

4. Delivery

Delivery is electronic. After purchase, the thank-you page asks for the checkout email and purchase session reference. The site verifies the purchase, records the required digital-delivery acknowledgement, and creates a short-lived download link.

Each verified download includes buyer-specific licence and watermark files tied to the purchase email and checkout session.

5. Digital download cancellation

You have a 14-day cancellation period before the toolkit files are downloaded. Before a download link is issued, you must agree to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once the download starts, except where statutory rights apply.

6. Licence

Use of the toolkit is governed by the licence terms. In summary, the licence is for single-business internal use. You may adapt the files for your own tender responses. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, upload or repackage the files.

7. Scope and no outcome guarantee

The toolkit is a structural aid for tender preparation. It is not legal, procurement, commercial, tax or financial advice. It does not guarantee a contract award, a particular score, compliance with a specific procurement, or suitability for a particular tender. You must verify all requirements against the tender documents and, where needed, professional advisers.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount paid for the toolkit.

9. Complaints and support

Use the support form or email hello@tenderstandard.co.uk. We aim to respond to support and complaint messages within two working days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
