Refund policy

Summary

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided you have not downloaded the toolkit files. Once the files have been downloaded, the purchase is final.

Why the download condition?

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and the Consumer Rights Act 2015), digital content supplied for immediate download is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once you have given express consent to start the download and acknowledged that the cancellation right will be lost.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm both. If you tick those boxes and subsequently download, the purchase is non-refundable.

If you change your mind before downloading, email hello@tenderstandard.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will refund in full.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tenderstandard.co.uk with:

• Your order number or the email address used at checkout
• A brief statement that you have not downloaded the toolkit files

Refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.

Faulty files, corrupted downloads, or missing items

If the files are faulty, incomplete, or fail to download, contact hello@tenderstandard.co.uk and we will either:

1. Re-send the download link, or
2. Replace the affected file(s), or
3. Issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

This sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, those rights are not limited by anything in this policy.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Opening a chargeback without first giving us a chance to resolve the issue is likely to result in your download access being revoked and may limit future purchases.

Governing law

This refund policy is governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
